Effective Back Pain Relief: Regina Hatcher’s Patient Story

Regina Hatcher's struggle with lower back pain was an ongoing problem that impacted her quality of life for years. Despite many treatment options, finding effective relief proved exceptionally difficult. However, that all changed when she called upon the aid of a skilled orthopedic physician she had known since he was just a young boy - Dr. Matthew Neumann of The Bone and Joint Clinic.

Compassionate Care and Professionalism

Regina recalled Dr. Neumann’s dedicated and caring nature in childhood and quickly discovered that it had carried into his professional life. She was deeply impressed by the expertise and responsiveness of not only Dr. Neumann but his staff as well. From the first interaction to ongoing communication, each team member exhibited a genuine concern for her well-being. Dr. Neumann's in-depth explanations about his recommendations and treatment plans further reassured Regina, ensuring that she fully understood the rationale behind each decision.

Effective Back Pain Treatment and Lasting Results

Dr. Neumann recommended an Epidural Steroid Injection (ESI) to alleviate Regina's lower back pain. Fully trusting his recommendations, Regina has undergone this procedure three times to date, experiencing significant relief. Notably, the right side of her back has not required additional treatment, showcasing the efficacy of Dr. Neumann's approach. Furthermore, the positive results have had a profound impact on Regina's day-to-day life, allowing her to regain restful sleep and resume her exercise routine.

An Orthopedic Physician Who Cares

Regina wholeheartedly recommends Dr. Matthew Neumann and The Bone and Joint Clinic to others in need of compassionate care. She praises Dr. Neumann's genuine concern for his patients' well-being, emphasizing his commitment to relieving their pain. His willingness to thoroughly explain treatment options and involve patients in decision-making sets him apart as a physician who prioritizes individualized care. With his help, Regina not only found physical relief but also experienced a renewed sense of well-being and regained the ability to pursue the activities she loves with enthusiasm.

"I would definitely recommend Dr. Neumann," says Regina. "He honestly cares. He doesn’t want people to hurt, which is why he went into this specialty. He’s going to explain everything and give you all the options. I highly suggest finding a physician like Dr. Neumann who is genuinely concerned about what’s best for you!"
